Buying From Us

Buying from us is easy.

Just email you’re your enquiry to enquiry@planetasia.biz

Brochures and prices are available on request.

· To enjoy trade prices, there is a minimum order of £100 per order. All prices are before VAT and carriage.

· Trade customers can make their selection by browsing through our e-brochure and emailing us the product codes. We will then follow up with an invoice.

· Payment can be by check, internet bank transfer or credit card.

· Orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving payment. Carriage for most areas in the United Kingdom is £10 for orders up to £300 for a two day delivery service. Carriage charges will vary for some areas in the United Kingdom and beyond.

Our return policy covers products for up to 7 days and faulty products for up to 14 days. Please refer to our Returns Policy.
